At Snazzy Mode, we want you to love every piece you order as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our policy is designed with the same effortless sophistication we bring to our collections.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (including bras and shapewear). All other items from our Dresses, Jeans, Shorts, Skirts, and Tops collections are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our style support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Return Request Template

Use this template when emailing your return request:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Snazzy Mode Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Item(s) for return: – [Product Name] in [Size/Color] – [Product Name] in [Size/Color] Reason for return: [Please specify – size exchange, style preference, etc.] Please advise next steps at your earliest convenience. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: International bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your preferred replacement size in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (standard shipping fees apply)

For style exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item separately.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP – exchange rates may affect the final amount

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
