Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our style support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at: Snazzy Mode Returns

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: International bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred replacement size in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (standard shipping fees apply)
For style exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item separately.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in GBP – exchange rates may affect the final amount
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
