Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Snazzy Mode piece as much as we do. If you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is simple and straightforward.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable
  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (including bras and shapewear). All other items from our Dresses, Jeans, Shorts, Skirts, and Tops collections are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our Style Support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns center:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: International bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution. Refunds will be issued in GBP – exchange rates may affect the final amount.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your preferred replacement size in your return request
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (standard shipping fees apply)

For style exchanges: Please place a new order and return the original item separately.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
